How do I book with you?

You have two great options for booking. You can place your order using my site and then consult with me for details of what you would like, OR you can reach out to me directly and be invoiced after the initial consultation for the services you need.

 

What's your turnaround time?

Because we strive for great quality and full satisfaction here at Shields Designs and Prints Business Studio, please allow up to 5 business days for all branding needs (with the exception of websites) and a minimum of 4 weeks for websites and full branding package completion once we have received all information from you that is required. Our turnaround times will vary based on your needs; however, we will have constant communication with you throughout the process.

 

What if I change my mind about what I want?

As soon as you experience a changed mind, please communicate with us about what you have new thoughts about as early as possible so we can ensure your satisfaction. Adding on services may incur additional fees.

 

If I change my mind about getting services through Shields Designs and Prints Business Studio after making my deposit, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, Shields Designs and Prints Business Studio does not offer refunds for deposits made for our branding services.

 

Why are some packages significantly higher than others?

Essentially, you get what you pay for. All packages come with high-quality branding results; however, some packages offer much more and have the price tag to match.

 

I want something done for my brand, but I don't see it as an option. What should I do?

Simply contact me to see if we offer those services.

 

How do I pay for your services?

If you purchase a package or service through the site, you may use any of the accepted payment methods. Shortly after making your payment, you will be contacted by the brand designer to schedule your initial consultation and discuss your branding needs.

 If you book your services directly with the brand designer, you will be sent an email along with your invoice for the project directly after. Services will not begin being produced until the invoice is satisfied (deposit paid or full balance paid).
